This resource focuses on productivity for five farm types to ensure the measurements are tailored for your farm. Within each module, we’ve identified key performance indicators (KPIs) that will help you monitor and improve your farm’s productivity and identify and reduce areas of waste.
As you work through the module you choose, you’ll understand what needs to be tracked and how. Using worksheets and templates, we will guide you through the calculations so you have a baseline for each key performance indicator. You’ll learn how to improve productivity and set goals for improvement over time. Each module includes information on more ways to make business improvements through the links to further resources.
At the end of the module, you will have a report that includes your data and goals as well as tools you can use for on-going tracking. You are not required to create an account to access the resource, but creating an account will allow you to save your session and return whenever you want to complete the module. All information is kept private and confidential.
